EQ SCOTi is a Sovereign SLM (Small Language Model) that plugs into project communication channels to provide real-time EQ Scorecards coaching and friction detection.

  • The Brain: A fine-tuned SLM built on the Goleman EQ Framework and Mayer-Salovey Ability Model generating an EQ Score Card from weekly project team correspondence

  • The Head: A proprietary "No-Egress" VPC (Virtual Private Cloud) architecture that ensures data never leaves the client’s jurisdiction.

  • The Value: Real-time EQ Scorecards and "Nudges" that reduce decision latency by an estimated 15-20%.

EQ SCOTi exists at the intersection of two massive markets: the Project Management Software market and the Sovereign AI market.

  • TAM (Global PM Software): $10B+ vertical market by 2027.  We’re targeting a slice of the money people already spend on PM tools.

  • SAM (Sovereign AI Sub-sector): $100B+ and rapidly growing at 25% CAGR horizontal tailwind as EU and Australian "Data Sovereignty" laws tighten. The reason we can win in that $10B PM Tools market slice is because we are riding a $100B+ wave of Sovereign AI demand.

  • Target: Mid-to-Large Tier Engineering, Tech, and Govt Project Offices (PMOs).

  • The Foundry Phase: Established stealth partnerships with Tier-1 AI Research Lab & DEVSECOPS Architect (EU & ANZ) for model fine-tuning, quantization & security.

  • Sovereign Infrastructure: Private, high-performance GPU cluster (The Skull) successfully provisioned for 100% data residency and no-egress security.

  • The Dogfood Trial: 10-20 "Friendly Expert Service Owners" calibrating the SCOTi EQ logic against real-world project friction data.

The 2026 Roadmap

  • Q1: Model Hardening (Stealth Mode): Deep-tuning the SLM "Brain" based on proprietary Applied EQ Primers built on Goleman/Standish research with our primary AI Lab partner.

  • Q2: System Integration: Seamless API-handshake between website / workspace interface and the private AI RunPod environment.

  • Q3: The PAYG Enterprise Pilot: Launching a "Value-Linked" pilot for 5-10 selected Service Owners.

    • Logic: No high upfront licensing. Customers pay per EQ Scorecard with Individual Actionable Nudge.
