Minimal. EQ SCOTi runs in the background. The only requirement for Users is to review the weekly 5-minute summary or consider responding to the individual questions from SCOTi. The only requirement for Managers is to include EQ SCOTi as a participant in project correspondence and chats, or alternatively, to provide a weekly log of team communications.. The only requirement for the Service Owner is reviewing the monthly EQ trend report and usage statement.
SEQ SCOTi provides Project Manager with their a unique, project-specific email address (e.g., scoti+acme@aeq.services). While EQ SCOTi is running as a "Work Bench" this bridges the gap between manual "Copy-Paste" and complex API integrations.
Essentially a simple "Data Sink"—a dedicated pipe where raw info can be sent securely to be machined into EQ intelligence.
The advantages of your own private and unique email for working with EQ SCOTi are:
1. Zero IT Friction
You don't need the IT department to approve a Slack integration or a Jira API token. If a contract PM can "CC" or "Forward" an email, they can use SCOTi.
So when a PM receives a high-tension email from a stakeholder. They can simply forward it to their unique SCOTi address. The "Applied EQ Services" team/engine then processes it immediately and securely.
2. Hands-on Selective Filtering
Automated integration can sometimes mean "too much information." A unique email allows the PM to be the Human in the Loop and filter if they choose.
So PMs only send what matters. This reduces "noise" for EQ SCOTi and ensures the EQ analysis is focused on the correspondence that actually contains project-critical emotional content.
3. Seamless VC Transcription Inflow
Most VC tools (including Zoom, Teams, Otter) have a "Share via Email" or "Auto-forward Transcript" feature.
So The PM can simply set their VC tool to automatically email transcripts to scoti+acme@aeq.services. This automates one of the most valuable data stream (VC transcripts) without a single line of custom integration or additional manual effort.
4. EQ SCOTi becomes a "Shadow Participant"
With EQ SCOTi's individual email address, PMs can also use it for Calendar Invitee.
The Tactic: The PM invites scoti+acme@aeq.services to a calendar event. Moving beyond the Workbench trial, a listener bot tied to that email, can be added to join meetings, record them, and ingest the transcript. It makes SCOTi more like like a PM's trustworthy "Chief of Staff."
Its best to think of EQ SCOTi as your Digital Chief of Staff. It is here to listen to the "emotional cues" in your project, identify micro-frictions before they escalate, and provide the team with an EQ Scorecard and individual, personalised observations needed to for a high performance project.
Your Direct Line to SCOTi
To begin the Closed-Loop collaboration, a unique , secure data-sink is provided for your project:
Your Project Email: scoti+[ProjectCode]@aeq.services
Engaging your Digital Chief of Staff:
• Email Forwarding: Whenever a thread feels "heavy" or misaligned, simply forward it to your own EQ SCOTi address.
• The VC Sync: Add the SCOTi email as an invitee to your Zoom, Teams, or Webex "Friday Retros." Most transcription tools can be set to "Auto-Forward" to this address once the meeting concludes.
• The Chat Export: Drop periodic exports of your #leadership Slack or Teams channels directly into this EQ SCOTi stream.
What Happens Next?
At the beginning of each week, your EQ SCOTi Chief of Staff will deliver an EQ Score Card and personalised Nudge Reports directly to you and your team's inboxes. This report is generated by EQ SCOTi to add value:
Project Score Cards and Team Member Feedback help the team move as one surfacing any hidden tensions or misalignment that otherwise add risks and impact project performance?
"Passive Disappointment" for example becomes an attrition early warning sign that can be addressed before it leads to a resignation.
Specific, actionable advice based on the highly recognised Mayer-Salovey and Goleman best practice frameworks become private, individual proactive nudges to help team members resolve friction early.
Our "Closed-Loop" Trust Guarantee
Because we are in the Work Bench phase, transparency is our priority. Your project data is processed in a Private VPC environment. It is never used to train public models, and it never exits the "closed loop" of your specific project vault.
We are excited to help you eliminate the "Friction Tax" and maximise your project team's velocity.
