Once you sign up, your personalised EQ SCOTi Assistant will send an introduction email containing your enrolment form.
Users and Project Managers
As the Service Owner, you can control the introducionof additional Project Managers (PMs) and Project Teams to EQ SCOTi.
You or your PMs will use a simple standard form to add or change the list the projects and team members (Users) who are to receive EQ Scorecards.
This User enrolment forms remain available for you to make changes (adding or removing Users) at any time.
Critically, this procedure also ensures all the people working with EQ SCOTi have the necessary trust and security options, including:
Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs)
The "Right to be Forgotten" (Data Erasure)
The Weekly EQ Cycle
Data Collection:
Each week, SCOTi will send an email reminder to PMs to forward team emails, conference call transcripts, and chat logs.
Alternatively, PMs can add the SCOTi Assistant to project channels using a unique EQ SCOTi email address.
If it's preferred, post-trial integration options are available for larger enterpise adoption where the EQ SCOTi service provides secure, 'one-click' integration for weekly project correspondance.
Secure Processing:
Within 24 hours of receiving the files, SCOTi securely processes the data, incorporating your initial calibration feedback to generate the scorecard.
Personalised Feedback:
The weekly Project EQ Scorecard is sent privately by EQ SCOTi to each team member.
It includes observations and tailored questions for consideration.
Continuous Calibration:
Users are encouraged to build on any initial storyboard calibraiton by replying to the SCOTi weekly reports with with feedback.
This input is used to continuously refine the Assistant's alignment with team culture while maintaining EQ best practices.
This cycle continues weekly until a PM or Service Owner deactivates the project via the enrolment form.
Monthly Reporting and Billing
Each month, the Service Owner receives an Anonymised Summary EQ Scorecard.
This report highlights:
EQ performance trends across all projects and teams.
A detailed schedule of the total scorecards sent, categorised by Project, Project Manager, and User.
This summary also serves as the official record for monthly invoicing where applicable.
